Converge Technology Solutions is a leading Cloud Partner in AWS, Azure, and GCP.  We enable companies, both large and small, to get the most out of cloud computing.  We are looking to hire an experienced Public Cloud Delivery Engineer with deep expertise to support our customers with cloud adoption and help Converge secure new clients in AWS, Azure, and GCP.


You will be collaborating with some of the most innovative companies that are shaping our culture for the next decade.  You’ll work with entrepreneurs, start-ups, VC-backed, and large-scale companies that are working on incredible new ideas and focused on growth.  We are a fast-paced company, on the leading edge of technology where you’ll be on the ground floor with the next generation of innovators.


When you're not working with customers, you will be helping to build out our Cloud Practice.  This includes defining solutions that complement our core offerings, working on internal processes and tooling, providing content for marketing blogs, white papers, and case studies, along maintaining cloud expertise via defined training plans.


For this position, we are specifically looking for a delivery engineer who is experienced with the following:

  • ‘Living and breathing’ the core IaaS and PaaS services (Compute storage, Network, Security, Management, etc.) and ideally with most of the services that show up in the Cloud Platforms portal.
  • Using modern development and engineering techniques on the different Cloud Platforms such as deploying Infrastructure as Code (IaC), DevOps, and Zero-Trust Architecture.
  • Performing cloud migrations and/or working on application modernization projects.
  • Whiteboard sessions, Visio’s, and additional skills to document customers’ current state and our proposed future state.
  • Creating relationships and enjoy maintaining them with clients, vendors, and teams.
  • Recognizes business opportunities to pass along to Public Cloud Solutions Architect.
  • Sharing your experiences with highly available and highly scalable infrastructure and applications in, and how they met and exceeded the customer’s expectations.



  • You have obtained your Cloud Solutions Architect Expert certification and look forward to a company that supports you in continuing to grow your cloud skills.


Knowledgeable and able to engage in customer opportunities in the following areas:

  • Infrastructure Modernization, Cloud Migration, Automation, and Monitoring Tools.
  • Specialty Compute Workloads & Workload Optimization.
  • Microservices Framework and Service Oriented Architecture.
  • Experience with working with Cloud Native Architecture & born in the cloud companies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Seamlessly integrating on-premises solutions with cloud services.
  • Automating and deploying solutions across both cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
  • Work with our cloud advisory team on conducting performance monitoring, analysis, alerting, reporting, and tuning to ensure optimum system performance.
  • Proactively analyzing capacity requirements and provisioning solutions to meet growing demands.
  • Work with Application and Business teams, not just traditional data center teams.
  • Create and manage POCs & POVs.
  • Taking charge of incident and problem analysis, resolution, maintenance, and follow-up to maintain platform stability.
  • Implement and manage data backup, recovery, business continuity, and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Develop automation and orchestration solutions for effective cloud management.
  • Creating, reviewing, and maintaining technical documentation, including solution design and reference materials.
  • Lead discussion on new cloud services, features, and functionality to enhance service delivery, engaging vendors as necessary.
  • Generating essential documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards and procedures. 
  • Demonstrate thought leadership and excitement with internal account executives and the internal delivery team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver world-class solutions.
  • Sharing best practices and providing consultative guidance during the entire lifecycle of cloud solutions (planning, development, testing, and stabilization).
  • Actively participating in the Cloud Governance process. 
  • Staying up to date with the latest cloud technologies and trends.
  • Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
