As a QC Validation Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth operation and compliance of processes, equipment, and systems within manufacturing environments. Collaborating closely with a team of four individuals, you play a crucial role in validating machines, processes, and computer systems to uphold quality standards. Your expertise in creating and implementing validation documentation, including IQ, OQ, and PQ documents, is instrumental in maintaining operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

 

You’re good at:

  • Validating Documentation: Develop and implement comprehensive IQ, OQ, and PQ documents following scientific methodologies. These documents serve as the blueprint for validating equipment and systems.
  • Equipment and System Validation: Execute validation protocols to verify the functionality and performance of manufacturing machines, processes, and computer systems. Ensure adherence to regulatory standards throughout the validation process.
  • Process Validation Coordination: Collaborate with the manufacturing team to coordinate process validation activities. Submit validation documentation to the laboratory for testing, and occasionally conduct tests yourself.
  • Testing Procedures: Perform tests, such as LC (Liquid Chromatography) or other methods, to detect organic compounds during cleaning processes. Ensure that cleaning procedures meet quality and safety requirements.

You have:

  • Validation experience
  • Great organization skills and well able work independently
  • Manufacturing equipment knowledge
  • Experience working in the manufacturing industry would be nice to have
  • Gant 5, ISP and other computer process validation would also be nice to have
