As the Crew Travel Coordinator you will be responsible for managing the air, hotel and ground transportation reservations for all employee crew travel requirements. The position will report to the Crew Travel Supervisor, and will be located in Toronto, Ontario. Apply now and have your career soar to new heights - under out wing!



What You’ll Do:


  • Manage air, hotel, and ground transportation reservations for employee crew travel.
  • Responsible for day to day operations, last minute changes, new bookings due to schedule changes/delays, cancellations.
  • Update crew schedules with complete and accurate travel information.
  • Actively communicate with Operational Team to ensure travel arrangements meet safety, regulatory, efficiency, and service levels.
  • Utilize a full range of preferred supplier products.
  • Identify and communicate scheduling concerns.
  • Perform duties in accordance with established policies and procedures while giving primary consideration to personal safety, the safety of co-workers, and customers.
  • Other related duties as assigned.



 What You’ll Need:


  • Minimum 3 years corporate travel experience.
  • Previous airline reservation experience is an asset.
  • Proficiency using Amadeus GDS an asset.
  • Knowledge of TTS an asset.
  • Organized, task oriented, and attentive to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and able to meet deadlines within a time-sensitive environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Able to follow direction and work with minimal supervision.
  • Day/Night shift work (12 hour shifts – 4 on /4 off).
  • Flexible to adopt different schedule, with possibility of working weekends and holidays
  • Capable to work in fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt and able to manage multiple assignments while working independently or as a team.
