Greenfield is looking for a Treasury Manager to join our growing team. 


Reporting to the Vice President Corporate Finance, the Treasury Manager will work closely with the Company’s executive, finance, and operational teams. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of daily treasury operations to meet the financial obligations of the organization.  Key responsibilities include monitoring cash reporting and forecasting, credit administration, interest rate hedging, lender compliance requirements, administration of business insurance programs and debt facility monitoring while maintaining compliance and managing risk related to the company’s capital structure. They will create and communicate a clear and compelling vision for the Treasury function, including goals and metrics.

Your Experience Should Include: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, or Mathematics as well as a CPA designation.
  • 10+ years in finance & accounting with a minimum of 5+ years in a relevant treasury role.
  • Certified Treasury Professional designation is highly recommended.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Build a best-in-class global treasury function that will scale with the Company's growth.
  • Lead and manage the Company’s key global banking needs, including acting as the primary relationship holder, selecting required banking products, opening and closing domestic and international accounts, maintaining KYC requirements, maximizing returns on idle cash, and minimizing fees.
  • Develop detailed cash flow models and rolling forecasts to optimize usage of excess cash for investments and corporate requirements, while minimizing short and long-term borrowing costs and withholding taxes.
  • Develop and implement automated cash flow sweep programs for operating entities.
  • Implement and manage foreign currency and interest rate related hedging programs.
  • Develop / oversee internal controls and processes for cash movements.
  • In conjunction with the VP Corporate Finance, serve as a key decision maker and approver for large cash movements between various entities.
  • Lead the Company’s corporate insurance strategy and programs, serving as a key contact for insurance brokers, with a view to reducing risk and managing overall costs.
  • Support the Company’s financing requirements as required, including fundraising processes, credit agreement compliance, and record keeping related to the company’s credit facilities.
  • Lead the integration of acquisitions into the treasury infrastructure, as required.
  • Support the long-term capital planning process and provide insightful recommendations.
  • Support external audit on treasury matters.
  • Other duties as required.
