Greenfield is looking for a Manager, Business System Analysis to join our growing team.

As the Manager of Business System Analysis, you will report to the VP of Information Technology and be a vital member of the Greenfield Global IT Leadership Team. Your primary responsibility will be to lead our team of skilled Functional Business System Analysts specializing in various critical areas such as finance, supply chain, sales, order entry, regulatory and compliance, and manufacturing.   As the Manager of Business System Analysis, you will play a pivotal role in driving process improvements, optimizing business operations, and effectively integrating processes into key business applications, including Dynamics 365 F&O, Transportation Management, Maximo, and other relevant platforms.

Your Experience Should Include:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience 4+ years in business analysis, process improvement, and system integration.
  • Strong leadership skills with 2+ years of team management or supervisory experience.
  • Expertise in enterprise applications such as Dynamics 365 F&O, Maximo, and other relevant business platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of finance, supply chain, sales, order entry, regulatory and compliance, and manufacturing processes
Bonus Points If You Have Any of These:
  • Project management certification (PMP, PMI-ACP) is advantageous.
Job Responsibilities:
  1. Leadership and Team Management:
  • Provide strong leadership, mentorship, and direction to a team of Functional Business System Analysts.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Set performance expectations, conduct regular performance evaluations, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the team.
  • Effectively manage workload distribution, ensuring timely completion of projects and initiatives.
  1. Business Process Improvement:
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and department heads to understand and assess business needs and challenges.
  • Lead the identification, analysis, and documentation of business processes, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and optimize productivity across various business domains.
  1. System Integration and Enhancement:
  • Oversee the integration of business processes into key enterprise applications, including Dynamics 365 F&O, Transportation Management, Maximo, and other relevant systems.
  • Work with technical teams to define requirements, ensure seamless data flow, and support system enhancements and customizations as needed.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to address technical issues, ensure system reliability.
  1. Project Management:
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of projects related to business process optimization and system integration.
  • Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, and create detailed project plans.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement necessary adjustments to ensure successful project completion.
  1. Stakeholder Communication:
  • Maintain clear and open lines of communication with stakeholders, keeping them informed about project statuses, milestones, and potential issues.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to align business objectives with system capabilities, ensuring effective utilization of enterprise applications.
  1. Training and Development:
  • Identify training needs within the team and create plans to enhance skills and expertise.
  • Facilitate training sessions to ensure team members stay updated on system functionalities, business processes, and industry best practices.
