Position Overview

We are looking for Investment Sales Executives in Vancouver, in Toronto and in Calgary that will drive the promotion and sales of development limited partnerships, foster relationships within the investment community, oversee investment and condo handovers, and provide regular updates on results to investors. 

 

Salary: Based on Experience

Locations: Vancouver, Toronto & Calgary

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Promotion 
  • Promote and sell development limited partnerships. 

 

  1. Relationship Building & Project Oversight 
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships within the investment community. 
  • Oversee investment and condo handovers, ensuring a seamless transition. 
  • Address issues and optimize the investment process. 

 

  1. Communication & Reporting 
  • Provide regular updates to investors on project progress
  • Review results with investors 

 

Requirements

  • Proven track record in promoting and selling development limited partnerships. 
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills within the investment community. 
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee investment and condo handovers. 
  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • Knowledge of real estate investment and development processes. 
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and investor satisfaction.
