WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Human Resources Coordinator, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation sessions, training coordination, and monitoring the completion of onboarding activities.
  • Maintain employee records and the HR database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support HR initiatives and projects, such as employee engagement activities, performance management, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Assist with HR compliance activities, including compliance reporting.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including drafting correspondence, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues as needed.

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED IN YOUR TOOLKIT

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields
  • 1-2 years Previous experience in human resources or related administrative role preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR principals, practices, and regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational development.
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
