What You Will Do:
Complete work orders assigned in a timely manner. Examples of common repairs include basic plumbing and electrical, appliances, heating & A/C, patching & painting, doors & windows, cabinets & various fixtures
Perform daily checks of the property and mechanical systems, and complete scheduled preventive maintenance to building systems
Assist with Semi-annual suite inspections and pre-moveout inspections
