KOST USA, a division of Recochem, is looking for a New Business Development – Stationary Applications to join our team!

 

Our industrial segment is seeking an experienced sales representative to help us sell the products and services that our customers have grown to rely on. The New Business Development (NBD) role is responsible for sales activities in numerous channels to market representing the company’s Heat Transfer Fluid (HTF) solutions.

Industry focus includes Stationary applications in the Industrial sector, specifically HVAC and Process Manufacturing. The NBD role’s primary responsibility is to identify and pursue new business. The NBD works within the organization’s support teams for the achievement of volume and revenue generation as well as a level of customer satisfaction that is in-line with the company vision and values.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excel at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be an adaptive learner with strong negotiating skills, and the ability to showcase our solutions in a compelling way. Often tasked with giving presentations, attending customer meetings, and attending trade shows, it is essential that our sales rep. be personable and professional.

  • Responsible for developing and executing Recochem’s strategies.
  • Responsible for delivering aggressive growth in a sales capacity and as the key driver to delivering new sales volumes, as defined by volume increases year over year while managing gross profit expectations.
  • Establish customer acquisition targets and deliver on executing new customers on a continuous basis. Successful development and conversion of customer pipelines including CRM management.
  • Maximize all opportunities during the closing process to take market share and gather useful information from all competitors and competitor product lines and services.
  • Deliver growth by acquiring new customers, expanding geography, and delivering new products to new markets/verticals to Recochem.
  • Call on regional territories across the US for Stationary applications - HVAC and Process Manufacturing solutions.
  • Direct selling responsibility for all finished & raw material products and researching new complimentary products.
  • Track competitive price points on all applicable products and services within the designated applications.
  • Complete understanding of pricing principles and approval models set forth by the Vice President of US C&I Sales.
  • Work with VP, C&I Sales to implement the branding strategy.
  • Manage project and timelines.
  • Travel on sales calls including overnights, approximately 60% in front of customers.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

 

Required Experience:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and seven to ten years of experience in direct sales within the process manufacturing industry.
  • Proven historical ability to meet sales quotas.
  • Strong sense of customer service with internal and external customers.
  •  Experience working in and managing a team environment a plus.
