Seeking a Lease Services Admin who will help ensure optimal customer experience throughout the customer’s lease journey. As a Lease Services Admin, you will support the lease administration teams initiate customers into their lease, walk them through SCI’s leasing process as well as provide continuous administrative support. You will play a key role in developing and executing customer outreach campaigns. As a frontline agent, you will gather customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Initiate customers into their lease via welcome emails and phone calls
  • Collect and maintain accurate customer data 
  • Handle returned mail
  • Resolve missing or undeliverable emails
  • Assist with mail duties such as incoming or outgoing mail, courier, inventory or supplies
  • Perform administrative tasks to support the Lease Administration team with customer requests
  • Promptly respond to customer queries and guide the customer for an optimal lease experience
  • Leave detailed notes of all interactions and activity within the lease management system
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

SKILLS required

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Detail oriented, organized, flexible and able to multi-task
  • Intermediate computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
  • Excellent grasp of phone and email etiquette
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Ability to develop and execute new ideas

 

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in customer service an asset
  • Automotive or Finance industry experience an asset

 

EDUCATION

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution
