We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Marketing Strategy & Execution Manager to oversee and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all marketing strategies are implemented efficiently and effectively to achieve our organization's goals. This role will require a strong understanding of marketing processes, project management, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.


National Marketing Campaign Execution:

  • Lead window campaign brief with support from Senior Manager
  • Manage end to end execution of marketing campaigns, inclusive of tech requirements and offers set-up, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
  • Consistently provide thought leadership to cross functional teams through campaign execution process
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams and provide strategic feedback on assets during creative development process
  • Ensure that assets are being developed on time and within budget and ladder up to current brand objectives
  • Provide strategic direction to brand partners and vendors to achieve brand goals
  • Actively manage and respond to needs of cross functional teams during window activation
  • Serve as a Marketing liaison between Gift Card, Loyalty, Catering, Delivery/3PD SMEs and Marketing Channel leads

Local Marketing Lead:

  • Manage relationship with local agency, ensuring they meet project requirements, deadlines, and quality standards
  • Manage agency SOW, including monitoring of hours and budget
  • Act as the Brand Marketing liaison to Non-Traditional channel as well as Hawaii, Alaska and Bahamas markets   

Mentor Marketing Coordinator:

  • Provide guidance to Marketing Coordinator and insure accuracy on her/his projects   


Skills and Abilities Required:

  • 5+ years marketing experience, preferably with agency or corporate brand marketing/field marketing                                                                                      
  • Very strong oral and written communication skills 
  • Attention to detail and proven project management skills
  • Taught leadership ability
  • Experience with brief writing and program sell-in materials
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Drive to provide exemplary customer service 
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Basic budget management skills
  • A positive can-do attitude with keen sense of urgency and ability to balance shifting priorities
  • Stellar organization skills
