We are currently seeking:

Millwrights/Pipefitters

Calgary, AB

                                                                                                               

 

We are searching for Millwrights/Pipefitters in our Calgary location to provide exceptional field service support to customers by performing maintenance, repairs, start-ups, optimizations, and overhauls with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose as directed for optimal customer satisfaction.  This person communicates and works respectfully with peers and builds strong relationships with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities  

  1. Must have experience in the overhaul, maintenance and repair
  2. Experienced in trouble shooting ignition panels and instrument panels. 
  3. Knowledgeable and experienced in package start-up and commissioning. 
  4. Provide detailed record keeping and present detailed daily time sheets to customers. 
  5. Recognize opportunities to improve service and manufacturing sales. 
  6. Communicate daily with Branch Coordinator and Operations Manager. 
  7. High achiever/ skilled tradesman, dedicated to performing quality work in a timely manner. 
  8. Place high priority on safety of oneself and others and abide by the company’s safety policies and procedures. 
  9. Can lead individuals and teams in Job Hazard Assessments and Risk Analysis.
  10. Performs the job activities in a manner consistent with the company’s goals and objectives.  
  11. Takes initiative and fulfills duties consistent with the company’s standards, policies and controllable expense budget. 
  12. Takes corrective action to ensure the optimal operating efficiency of time and equipment. 
  13. Ensures to adhere to establish HSE protocol.

  

Qualifications  

  1. Certified Journeyman Millwright or Apprentice
  2. Must maintain in good standing a vehicle operator’s license in the province of residence. 
  3. Possess highest level of personal and professional integrity 
  4. Possess strong customer service and communication skills 
  5. Must be reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team 
  6. Must be able to contend with the demanding schedule of field service work
