SENIOR PRODUCER

REPORTS TO: HEAD OF STUDIO

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Effectively plan, estimate and coordinate all material and human resource requirements for one of our new game projects, throughout the production cycle;
• Establish and effectively communicate the direction of the game to the various directors on the project;
• Communicate regularly with your team to assess project progress and ensure that technical and creative experts deliver each stage on schedule;
• Ensure sound management of the production budget;
• Act as project representative both internally and externally;
• Work in collaboration with various Studio departments to meet project objectives and needs;
• Analyze, determine and contract subcontractors required for the project;
• Make final decisions in situations of uncertainty or questioning;
• Participate in annual performance appraisals and take the necessary measures to motivate employees to achieve their goals and ensure their well-being.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Relevant experience in the video game industry, in a high-level Production and/or Project Management role;
• Similar experience within AAA productions, a real asset;
• Relevant experience in a team management role;
• Ability to lead, mobilize and influence a work team to achieve high quality deliverables;
• Experience in schedule and budget management;
• Experience in dealing with external partners.
